Monica Guzman is a 18- year residential real estate industry veteran and has experienced many aspects of the residential market working with sellers, buyers, investors, and builders.  Monica began her career at the early age of 18, spending the first 7 years in the new home sector representing some of the top builders in the nation.  Following this, she ventured into the resale market working closely with financial institutions and investors, negotiating short sales, foreclosures and REO’s. Some of her most recent experience has been in the San Francisco Peninsula as a team member of The Sharp Group with Keller Williams with an emphasis on luxury real estate. Upon return to her hometown of Turlock in 2018, she decided to pursue a long-life dream of having her own real estate brokerage. She is ready to serve you and your family with your real estate needs.
